2. Usage

You agree to use EventHabitat rentals responsibly and follow all rules for the space, equipment, and smart tools provided.

3. Conduct

Respect the property, clean up after use, and ensure your guests follow platform policies.

4. Payments & Cancellations

Payment is required to confirm bookings. Cancellations follow the policy listed in each rental. Contact support for any disputes within 48 hours of your event.

5. Violations

Damage, misuse, or breaking terms may lead to charges, cancellation, or account suspension.
